Cranberry Salad

Ingredients

1 lb. cranberries

3 small oranges, rind and all

1 3/4 c. sugar.

6 oz. strawberry jello

6 oz. orange jello

4 c. boiling water

1 1/2 c. ice water

2/3 c. chopped pecans,

# 2 can crushed pineapple and juice.

Directions

Grind cranberries, oranges (rind and all) and sugar.
Set above mixture aside.
Dissolve jello in boiling water.
Add ice water, chopped pecans, and crushed pineapple and juice.
Add cranberry/orange mixture.
Place mixture in containers and freeze until needed.
If greater quantities are desired, multiply the ingredients for the amount needed.
Extra amounts should be frozen.
